MOCK CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck

Saute until slightly browned. Drain off the fat and put into a casserole dish. Add: 1 c. celery

Saute above ingredients. Combine: 1 can bean sprouts, drained 2 tbsp. raw rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water 1 can of sliced mushrooms, if desired

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and bake for approximately 1 hour in a 325 degree oven. Add more water if needed.
