SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE | |
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 lb. or less bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean) 2 slices white bread, cubed 6 eggs, beaten with seasonings as for scrambled eggs 2 c. milk Cook sausage and drain. Place sausage over bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and cubed bread over sausage. Pour egg mixture over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
