EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 slices cubed bread
2 c. grated cheese
1 lb. browned pork sausage, drained
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Place bread in greased (8 x 12 inch) pan or casserole. Top with cheese and then sausage. Beat eggs with milk and mustard. Pour over sausage and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until set.

Bacon or leftover cubed ham can be substituted. 2 to 4 servings.
