SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 dozen eggs, lightly scrambled
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. (or more) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Layer all ingredients in 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake. Really good and easy!

Cooking time: 30 minutes. Temperature: 350 degrees. Serves 10.
