CHILEQUILES 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 diced med. onion
12 corn tortillas, cut into wedges
1/2 can mild green chilies, diced
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
2/3 jar Ragu original spaghetti sauce

Brown ground beef and onions; drain excess oil. Place in large casserole dish. Brown tortilla wedges in cooking oil until they are just soft and pliable. Mix in with beef and onions.

Add diced chilies, sliced ripe olives and mix in Ragu sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Heat in oven preheated to 350 degrees for about 30 minutes and cheese is melted. Serve with a tossed salad.
