ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. zucchini, ground and drained

Boil 6 minutes or until clear. Stir constantly to prevent burning.

Add: 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Boil hard for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add:

(Be sure it is 6 ounce.)

Makes about 4 1/2 pints of jam. Put in jars and seal. You can use other flavors of Jello if you wish a different flavor.
