DEER JERKY 
3 lb. deer meat
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce

Mix in saucepan over low heat until dry ingredients; mix with meat. Marinate overnight. Cook 5-6 hours in 175 degree oven.
