3 lbs. deer meat 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/3 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. hickory flavored barbeque sauce 1 tsp. liquid smoke 1/3 c. A-1 Sauce Cut meat in 1/2" to 3/4" pieces. Seal in air tight bag with above ingredients in refrigerator for 2 days. Drain off sauce and spread in flat pan. Put in oven for at least 7 hours at lowest temperature possible. |
