DELUXE SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter Crisco
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oil
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream oil, Crisco, sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Make into balls. Press down with tumbler (sandwich bag over bottom of tumbler keeps dough from sticking).

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
