EASY EGGNOG 
1 sm. pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding, cooked type
3 c. skim milk
3 eggs (or Eggbeaters to substitute)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon

Combine all ingredients, mixing with wire whisk. Cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened (or use microwave). Serve warm or chilled. Store leftovers in refrigerator. May add 1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring. Yield: 4 cups.

Exchange: 1 cup = 1 milk and 1/2 meat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
