BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread, decrusted and buttered
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 pt. half & half
1 lb. hot Jimmy Dean pan sausage
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Put bread on bottom of 9x13 inch casserole. Fry sausage, drain and place on bread. Sprinkle on cheese. Beat eggs, half & half, salt and mustard (mix dry mustard with small amount of half & half). Pour eggs mixture in top of bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves approximately 8-10.
