BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 lbs. sausage
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
6 eggs

Press rolls into oblong dish or pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Brown and drain sausage, then sprinkle over rolls. Cover with a layer of Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.

Mix and prepare (as for scrambled eggs) the 6 eggs and pour over other layers. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 24 squares.

Note: This is good any time of day. It can be cut into squares and frozen to be taken out and microwaved or heated conventionally when needed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I had this years ago someone brought this to work she has passed and I have been looking for it since then I am going to fix this for my aunt tomorrow and I know she will love it as much as I do. I am not known for my cooking with my family so this will work perfectly.
