BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 lbs. sausage 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese 6 eggs Press rolls into oblong dish or pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Brown and drain sausage, then sprinkle over rolls. Cover with a layer of Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Mix and prepare (as for scrambled eggs) the 6 eggs and pour over other layers. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 24 squares. Note: This is good any time of day. It can be cut into squares and frozen to be taken out and microwaved or heated conventionally when needed. |
