LOW CALORIE VEGETABLE SOUP 
6 lg. onions
2 green peppers
6 whole tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. bunch celery

Cut vegetables in medium pieces and boil, covered with water for 10 minutes. Turn on low heat and simmer until vegetables are soft. Season with dry onion soup mix or other seasoning if you wish when simmering. Makes a lot.
