LOW - CALORIE HOTDISH 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup

Parboil cabbage for 3 minutes; drain. Brown ground beef and onion; drain well. Alternate layers of cabbage with meat and onion mixture. Pour undiluted soup on top; pierce with fork so soup runs through layers. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
