STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, chilled 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 1 sm. curd cottage cheese (optional) In a large mixing bowl dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries until dissolved. Remove from refrigerator. Stir in 3/4 of Cool Whip. Also add cottage cheese. Then pour into a 2 quart or 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Smooth remaining Cool Whip over the top and garnish as you wish. |
