STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. sweetened strawberries, crushed
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped with 1 tsp. sugar added

Prepare Jello as directed on box with hot water. Use the juice from strawberries and pineapple and finish with cold water to make 2 cups cold liquid. Refrigerate until almost set. Add strawberries and pineapple, beat a few seconds until fluffy and return to refrigerator until almost set. Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
