APPLE CHUTNEY 
12 lg. apples
4 lg. onions
6 lg. green tomatoes
2 lg. peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. chopped raisins
2 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar

Chop fine and cook very slowly for one hour. Seal in sterilized jars while hot.
