APPLE-KIWI CHUTNEY 
2 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. peeled, chopped kiwi fruit
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. raisins
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil, and cook, uncovered over low heat 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cool. Yield: 4 cups. Cover and store in refrigerator. A combination that would compliment any main dish.
