BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 pkgs. frozen broccoli, partially cooked
3 to 4 boneless breasts of chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 can mushrooms
8 slices American cheese
1 lg. bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Brown up chicken breasts in oil and drain. Mix stuffing mix as directed on bag and add some onion. Layer in casserole dish: Broccoli, chicken, cheese, soup, mushrooms, and stuffing. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
