APPLE STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
1 1/2 c. toasted 1/2 inch bread cubes
1/2 c. chopped apples plus 6 slices
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. seedless golden raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted
6 (1 1/2 inch) thick pork chops, cut with pockets
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine bread cubes, chopped apple, cheese and raisins. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon. Add orange juice and butter, stir until bread is coated. Season pocket of pork chops with salt and pepper. Stuff with bread cube mixture. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper, top with slice of apple. Place in shallow 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cover and bake 15 more minutes. 6 servings.
