STUFFED PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES 
6 double-thick pork chops
1 lg. cooking apple
1/4 c. raisins
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup with rice
Ginger ale

Cut a pocket in each chop. Fill cavity with thinly sliced unpeeled apple and raisins. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix soup with enough ginger ale to make 2 cups; pour over the chops. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting occasionally. Yield: 6 servings.
