CHEESE GRITS 
3/4 c. quick grits
3 c. boiling water
1 c. Cheddar cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add grits to boiling water. Boil 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
