BAKED CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

Graham cracker crumbs
Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter bottom and sides of 9 inch springform pan. Coat bottom and sides of pan with graham cracker crumbs. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8 minutes until crumbs are light brown.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the cheese and sugar together; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over cake. Turn oven up to 500 degrees and bake for 5 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator. Serve with favorite fruit such as fresh sliced strawberries or peaches.
