CHEESE MEAT ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
16 oz. spaghetti sauce (Prego)

Combine ground beef, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, and 1/3 cup of spaghetti sauce. Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10 x 12 inch on waxed paper. Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends of roll to seal. Bake in shallow baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain off excess fat and pour remaining spaghetti sauce over roll and bake an additional 15 minutes.
