SOUTHWESTERN SHOEPEG CORN 
2 cans white shoepeg corn, drained
1 pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese
Dash garlic powder
1/4 c. milk
Canned jalapeno peppers to taste
1 stick butter

Melt the butter and cream cheese in a glass casserole dish in the microwave. Mix well. Add to the cheese mixture the corn, garlic powder, milk, and peppers. Mix well. Place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

Makes about 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
