TUNA MUFFINLETTES | |
2 c. cooked rice 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained 1 c. shredded cheese 2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. milk Combine rice, cheese, and tuna. Stir in eggs and milk; mix thoroughly. Spray muffin pan with PAM. Divide mixture evenly and put in muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. |
