APPLE CHEESE CRISP 
4 apples
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Peel, core and slice apples. Place in greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour water and lemon juice on top. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, butter and cheese until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
