ISLAND TERIYAKI 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 tsp. instant meat tenderizer
2 tsp. dry mustard
6 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lbs. round steak

Mix above ingredients for 4 hours or more. You can slice steak thin across the grain and put on skewered sticks.
