ITALIAN PEPPERS AND ANCHOVIES 
1 jar roasted peppers, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 can flat anchovies, cut in thirds
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Crushed clove of garlic

Mix together all ingredients with oil from filled anchovies. Marinate at least 4 hours in refrigerator or overnight.

Delicious served on slices of French bread.
