ITALIAN STUFFED PEPPERS | |
2 green peppers, halved 7 oz. cottage cheese 1 oz. Parmesan cheese 1 c. tomato juice 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. oregano Place peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Blend together cheeses and parsley. Stuff peppers with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Boil tomato juice, reducing to 3/4 cup. Add onion powder and oregano. Serve sauce over peppers. |
