KENTUCKY CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn meal
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together and pour into well-greased skillet. Bake at 400 degrees until done, 30-40 minutes.
