KATHY'S BRISKET 
5-8 lbs. brisket
1/4 c. liquid smoke
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. salsa
1/4 c. liquid B.V.
1 tbsp. finely minced garlic
1 c. barbecue sauce (K.C. Masterpiece)

Mix together all ingredients except brisket. Place brisket in aluminum foil and pour sauce over. Let stand for 15 minutes. Seal the foil and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
