CARROT & POTATO PATTIES 
1 carrot, grated
1 potato, grated
1 sm. onion, chopped sm.
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk, approx.
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Seasoned salt, to taste

Mix together all ingredients and form into patties. Arrange in a shallow pan and pour soup mixed with milk over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over toast.
