1 box lemon cake mix (Supreme)
1 box pineapple instant pudding mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Mix up and bake in three layers. Bake at 350 degrees until cake springs back.

ICING:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick of butter
1 sm. can pineapple
2 tbsp. flour

Cook until thick and put 1 can of coconut in mixture. Spread over cake.
