BROCCOLI-CHICKEN-CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. fresh broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked chicken, cut into strips
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire

Cook broccoli about 10 minutes, until almost tender. Drain and arrange in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with chicken; set aside.

In saucepan melt butter; blend in flour and salt until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in bouillon until smooth. Stir over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheese and the Worcestershire until cheese melts. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake in 400°F oven 20 to 25 minutes, until hot.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
