RUSSIAN DINNER | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 1/2 c. rice 1 can sweet peas 1 tbsp. butter 2 c. bouillon 1/2 onion (optional) Brown ground beef. Drain off grease. Saute diced onions and rice in butter until golden brown. Add bouillon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and steam for 20 to 30 minutes. Add browned ground beef, tomato soup and peas. Heat through and serve. |
