CHEESY MUSHROOMS 
14 lg. mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
Salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
Fresh lemon juice

Chop mushroom stems into fine pieces. Saute in butter for 3 minutes. Add cheese, crumbs, salt and pepper. Sprinkle caps with lemon juice and fill with cheese mixture. Place in shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes.
