2 center ham slices
mustard (season to taste)
brown sugar (season to taste)
1/4 c. milk

Place ham slices in oblong cake pan. Spread the top of ham with mustard. Sprinkle lightly with brown sugar. Add milk to the pan until it barely covers the ham slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Note: place cooked potatoes in the juice of the ham until lightly browned.
