1 can vegeburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco mix
1 can green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease deep 10 inch pie pan. Saute onion and burger together. Stir in taco seasoning and spread in plate. Top with chilies. Beat milk, baking mix, eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Continue baking until knife comes out clean (8 to 10 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
