LEMON LUST 
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 1/4 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 1/2 c. milk
2 (3.4 oz.) pkgs. lemon instant pudding or substitute other flavors

Blend butter, flour and 1/2 cup nuts. Press into ungreased 13"x9" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees until slightly brown. Cool completely. Blend cheese and sugar until creamy. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk (use electric mixer, low speed) 1 to 2 minutes. Spread over cheese mix and put rest of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
