NO FAIL PIE CRUST | |
5 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 lb. lard 1 egg plus cold water to equal 1 c. Freezes indefinitely. Stays in refrigerator for 10 days. Makes about 7 patties. (Curl crust around edge of pan for unfilled pie crust. It sometimes shrinks). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. |
