HOT WATER PIE CRUST | |
2 c. lard 1 c. boiling water 5 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Pour water over lard and beat until cold and creamy. Sift dry ingredients and add. Stir until smooth and forms a ball. Cover dough and chill until firm. This easy pie crust dough improves with age. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator. |
