2/3 c. shortening
7 tbsp. boiling water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Place shortening in a bowl. Add water and beat with a rotary beater or a fork until cool and creamy. Put flour in little at a time. Hot water pie crust won't stick to bowl.
