COLD WATER PIE CRUST 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cold water

Makes one 9 inch pie shell. For double crust pie, use 1 1/2 cups of flour; 1/2 cup of shortening; 1 teaspoon of salt; 3 tablespoons of cold water.
