3 c. flour
1 c. lard or Crisco
Dash of salt
1 whole egg
5 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Blend together flour, salt and lard or Crisco. Mix egg, water and vinegar. Beat these together and add to flour mixture. Makes two pie crusts.
