PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
2/3 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
2-4 tbsp. ice water (enough to make pie dough)

Mix first 3 ingredients together then mix in water by hand, a little at a time until pie dough consistency. Do not touch or handle dough too much; it will become tough. This will make 2 crust, top and bottom or 2 bottoms.
