PIE CRUST 
Makes three pie crusts. Blend:

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 tsp. salt

Blend in:

6 tbsp. water or enough to make dough moist
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. vinegar

Divide dough into 3 balls and roll out into pie shells. You can also freeze them until you need them.
