AL'S MAYONNAISE 
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. hot water
Salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cook eggs, sugar, flour, vinegar and water together until thickened. Stir often. Add butter and mustard when done. Makes 1 quart.
