MY OWN HOT PEPPER SAUCE 
5 qts. tomatoes
5 qts. hot peppers
5 green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
Clove garlic
5 onions
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 cinnamon

Cook down. Place in jars. Process pints 20 minutes, quarts 30 minutes. Keep where they can be checked for sealing, at least 3 to 4 weeks. If they come unsealed, process longer.
