1 pk. tomatoes
3 sweet green peppers
1 pod hot red pepper (more)
4 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. whole allspice
2 sticks cinnamon

Simmer tomatoes and peppers until mushy. Run through food mill. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and spices in bag and simmer until it thickens. Bottle in sterilized jars.
